Iran Attacks U.S. Military Facilities in Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait Following Fresh U.S. Strikes

Iran has launched retaliatory attacks targeting U.S. military facilities in Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait following a fresh wave of American strikes on Iranian territory. The latest escalation comes after the ceasefire between the two sides collapsed, raising fears of a wider regional conflict.

According to Iranian officials, the attacks were carried out in response to recent U.S. military operations, which Tehran described as a violation of its sovereignty. Iranian state media said the strikes were aimed at U.S. military infrastructure across the Gulf.

Authorities in Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait activated air-defense systems and issued security alerts after missiles and drones were reportedly launched toward U.S.-linked military sites. Initial reports suggest that several incoming projectiles were intercepted, while officials continue to assess the extent of any damage or possible casualties. No final casualty figures have been confirmed.

The renewed fighting marks a significant escalation in tensions between the United States and Iran. Since the collapse of the ceasefire, both sides have exchanged military strikes, increasing concerns about the risk of a broader conflict that could threaten regional security and disrupt global energy supplies. Governments across the Middle East and the international community have urged both countries to exercise restraint and return to diplomatic efforts to prevent further escalation.
