Actress Momina Iqbal has stated that she does not need any additional fame or financial benefit from the ongoing controversy, saying that her decision to speak out is purely about standing up for her rights. She said she intends to continue pursuing the matter until the end and will not back down under pressure.
Momina Iqbal further said that if she had remained silent or suffered serious harm due to continuous alleged harassment and pressure, people might have later started campaigns in her support. However, she explained that instead of staying quiet, she chose to raise her voice and defend herself publicly.
Responding to the allegations made against her, Momina claimed that accused MPA Saqib Khan Chadhar attempted to divert attention from the main issue by making baseless accusations, attacking her character, and bringing up claims related to money. She maintained that such statements were made to shift focus away from the original matter.
The actress also stressed that every story has two sides and urged the public not to form opinions before hearing her complete version. She announced that she will soon hold a press conference where she plans to present evidence supporting each of her claims.
Momina Iqbal requested people to wait for her official statement and the presentation of evidence before reaching any conclusions regarding the ongoing dispute.
