Actress and model Momina Iqbal has alleged that she has been facing severe online harassment, cyberbullying, mental torture, and life threats, claiming that a PML-N MPA is involved in the matter. According to her statement, the situation has badly affected her mental peace and personal life, while her family has also been facing fear and pressure due to the ongoing threats.
Momina stated that she repeatedly approached the relevant authorities and filed several complaints regarding the harassment and intimidation she was allegedly facing. However, she claimed that no serious action was taken despite her continuous efforts to seek justice and protection. She further alleged that instead of addressing her concerns, attempts were made to suppress her voice and silence her.
The actress said that the online abuse campaign against her has continued for a long time and includes character assassination, threatening messages, and organized trolling on social media platforms. She expressed disappointment over the lack of response from the concerned departments and questioned why her complaints were allegedly being ignored.
Momina Iqbal has now demanded an impartial and transparent investigation into the matter. She also called for legal action against everyone involved in the alleged harassment campaign and requested protection for herself and her family. She warned that if her concerns continue to be ignored, she will hold a press conference and publicly expose the entire matter before the media and the public.
